Information we collect

• Enquiries: your name, business email, company, product or SKU references, quantities and the requirements you choose to send. Other enquiry forms or direct correspondence may also include your country and contact details.
• Meeting bookings: your name, email, company, country, selected timezone, date, time, meeting platform and optional discussion requirements.
• Booking records: verification-request details, booking references, confirmation status, Calendar event identifiers, Zoom meeting identifiers and joining links.
• Technical information: your browser provides a timezone suggestion for booking. Website and service providers also receive connection information such as IP address and browser/request details needed to deliver and protect the service.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal information in enquiry or meeting notes.

How we use information

With optional Analytics consent, we also measure website usage and successful requests to improve our services. We use enquiry and booking information to answer sourcing and product enquiries, prepare business responses, verify that you can receive email, arrange meetings, send invitations and joining links, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, and maintain relevant business records.

We do not sell Google user data or use information received from Google APIs for advertising or training general-purpose AI models. A meeting verification code is for that booking, not a marketing subscription. Where applicable, processing is based on taking steps at your request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, consent where required, or legal obligations.

Google Calendar access

Only an authorised business administrator connects the business Google Calendar. Buyers do not connect their own Google account through this website. We request permission to view calendar availability and to view and manage events on calendars the business account owns.

The integration reads busy/free availability, checks Calendar access and creates booking events and invitations. Google Meet bookings also request a meeting joining link. A buyer's name, email, company, country, timezone and discussion notes may be included in the business event or invitation.

We store the business calendar identifier, granted permissions, encrypted Google refresh token and connection timestamps. Booking records store the event identifier and joining link. We do not request Gmail inbox access, Google Drive access or Google account passwords for this booking integration.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

The business account owner can revoke access in Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorised access; it does not itself erase previously created events, emails or website booking records. Contact us about removal of stored connection information.

Zoom & email

If you select Zoom, the website uses our business Zoom account to create a scheduled meeting. We send the meeting topic, date, time, duration, booking reference and meeting settings to Zoom. We store the meeting identifier and buyer joining link; the website does not retain or return Zoom's host start URL.

A corresponding Google Calendar event blocks the slot and carries the invitation. Verification and confirmation emails are delivered through our configured email service, including Hostinger. Your email address and the relevant message content are processed to deliver these messages.

When you join a meeting, Google or Zoom may process your display name, connection details, audio, video or other information you choose to share under their own service terms and privacy policies. This website booking integration does not automatically start a recording. Keep joining links private.

Cookies & analytics

The website uses essential cookies for business-administrator sign-in and security checks during the Google Calendar connection process. These are not advertising cookies. Buyers do not need to sign in to a Google or Zoom account through our website booking form.

The current buyer booking form keeps its in-progress details in page memory rather than saving them in browser local storage. Closing or refreshing the page can therefore discard the unfinished form.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and may load product or media files from our hosting and media providers. Those providers receive technical connection information when their resources are requested. External social and business-profile links take you to services governed by their own policies.

Optional Google Analytics: Analytics stays off unless you accept optional Analytics. When enabled, Google receives technical information such as browser/device details and approximate location derived from your connection, cookie identifiers, page visits, public product codes, and successful enquiry or meeting-booking events. Reports help us understand traffic and improve the website; they do not reveal the names or email addresses of anonymous visitors.

Our measurement code sends fixed page labels without query strings or fragments. It does not send enquiry or booking form answers, names, email addresses, verification codes, private booking references or meeting links. Administrator and API routes are excluded. Automatic enhanced measurement and advertising personalisation are not enabled in this setup. We do not add Meta Pixel or other advertising pixels.

Your choice is stored in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days, then we ask again. Accepted Analytics may set host-only _ga and _ga_30NBMTD6M1 cookies, configured for up to 180 days without extending expiry on each visit. Browser policies may shorten storage. If preference storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page session.

Use Cookie settings at any time to accept or reject optional Analytics. Rejecting stops future measurement and removes these Analytics cookies on this host; it does not erase information already received by Google. Essential security and preference storage are unaffected. You can also manage storage in your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent administrator sign-in or Calendar connection.

Read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Analytics data retention is governed by the property’s settings and Google’s processing practices; cookie expiry is not a promise that server-side records are deleted at the same time.

Sharing & international processing

Relevant information is available to authorised Zahid Exports personnel and the service providers needed to operate the website: hosting and database services, email delivery, media hosting, Google Calendar/Meet and Zoom where selected, and Google Analytics only if you accept optional Analytics. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

These providers may process information in countries outside your own, including outside India. Their own privacy policies govern information they process independently. We limit information sent through the booking integration to what is needed for scheduling and communication.

Data retention

Email verification codes expire after ten minutes. Temporary verification-request records become eligible for cleanup after 24 hours; cleanup runs during subsequent verification requests, so deletion is not guaranteed at exactly 24 hours.

Enquiry and booking records are retained for follow-up, scheduling and business record-keeping. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion schedule for these records. Business Calendar authorisation remains stored until it is replaced or removed; revocation or provider expiry may prevent it from being used.

Ask us to review or delete information you no longer want us to retain. Some information may need to be kept for legal, security or legitimate record-keeping reasons. Copies in email, Calendar, Zoom or provider backups may require separate handling; deleting a website record does not automatically delete all provider copies.

Security

Website administration is access-controlled. The Google refresh token is encrypted before database storage. Verification codes are stored using a keyed hash rather than as plain-text codes, and booking endpoints apply request and attempt limits.

Other enquiry and booking fields remain accessible to authorised business administration and relevant service providers. No website, email or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Do not share verification codes, passwords or private meeting links with people you do not trust.

Your privacy choices

You can choose not to submit an enquiry or booking. Required fields are needed to process the request; optional discussion notes can be left blank. Contact us by email if you prefer to discuss your requirements directly.

Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or raise a concern with a relevant regulator. We review requests, may need to verify identity, and explain any applicable limitations. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was already lawful.
